What is your return policy?
We will gladly give a website credit. Customer must notify us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise that it is either defective or damaged to receive a return. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item/product must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. (as new, re-saleable with original packaging & tags) No returns on Sale/Clearance or food items.

What is your exchange / refund policy
Our products and merchandise are EXCHANGE only we do not give refunds. Should an item be no longer available, you may request another item, equal to the value of the returned goods.

Will a change of address delay my order?
If paying by credit card, please ensure that your credit card billing address matches your current address and is entered correctly. Billing address errors can prevent us from obtaining authorization and hence can delay your order.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?
OZSTRALIA is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during heavy and peak periods. If an item is on back order or out of stock, we will notify you.

Do you have a shipping policy?
- OZSTRALIA ships via USPS.
- International orders welcome - Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before the order is placed. OZSTRALIA.COM will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
- All in stock orders are processed for shipment within 48 hours of receipt.
- The fee for shipping and handling applies to your complete order.
- Final shipping and handling charges will be confirmed during order checkout.
- Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed.
- Deliveries will be delayed due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
- An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3:30 p.m. Pacific standard time will be processed and on its way to you the next business day. Most items should arrive in 3-7 business days.
- All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary and be adjusted accordingly.
- Out-of-stock items will be sent as soon as they are back in stock. Your credit card will not be charged for back-ordered items until they ship.
- Our goal is to maintain a level of inventory that will eliminate the necessity for back orders. However, back orders will occur from time to time due to manufacturing and supplier schedules.
- Store pickup (Local customers only) is only for those customers wishing to pick up there goods in person. All other customers please select a shipping method.
- All package damage claims must be filed against carrier promptly by customer.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order, delivery method, and shipping address. Shipping costs are calculated using the shipping address, you will not receive the exact cost of shipping until you have either logged into your account, or provided details during the checkout process.

Are shipping costs refundable?
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange. We do not refund shipping fees, or cover the cost of return postage on exchanges (including the postage back to us and postage to send new products out).

How do I determine my hat size?
Obtain a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head, just above the ears. Ensure that the tape is wound straight around the head and is level from front to back. You may feel a bump in the back of the head - please ensure that the tape sits over the bump as this will be the widest part. If the measurement is in between sizes, please select the next size up.

What if my hat size is in between sizes?
For in-between measurements use the next size up, it is always a good idea to buy a hat that is a little too big rather than too small.

Why are Clearance or discounted items non refundable?
Some items may be a discontinued line by a manufacturer or supplier and therefore not stocked as future inventory . Food and Grocery items may have reached there "Best used by Date" resulting in a reduced price for clearance.
